Finalsite asks that you not attend the conference if you are feeling sick. While our cancellation policy does not allow for credits for cancellations within two weeks of the conference start date, you can request a credit due to illness in writing by contacting Kathy Venezia at kathy.venezia@finalsite.com.

International travelers should confirm entry requirements into the United States from a foreign point of origin prior to departure. Travelers are encouraged to follow CDC guidance for traveling and to follow all governmental and transportation carrier requirements and recommendations related to travel.

Hand sanitizing stations will be available in all high-traffic areas. Face masks will be available to those who request one. 

If any major changes occur to the guidelines, such as requirement of masks or vaccine status, we will email all attendees to notify them of the adjustment. We encourage you to check the Finalsite University website frequently if you’d like to stay informed of any smaller adjustments to guidelines.
