Cancellation Policy
The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is thirty days before the Finalsite Univeristy event. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

- Long Beach (April 16) | Cancellation Date: March 16, 2026
- New Orleans (July 18) | Cancellation Date: June 18, 2026
- Minneapolis (September 24) | Cancellation Date: August 24, 2026
- Philadelphia Metro (October 8) | Cancellation Date: September 8, 2026
Registrants unable to attend are able to send an alternate designee from the same organization. Please contact kathy.venezia@finalsite.com with alternate designee details.
Should a registrant need to cancel instead of sending an alternate designee, the registrant is responsible for cancellation of all travel and hotel reservations and any associated cancellation charges.
