The deadline to receive a refund for your registration is June 21, 2024. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
Registrants unable to attend are able to send an alternate designee from the same organization. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with alternate designee details.
Should a registrant need to cancel instead of sending an alternate designee, the registrant is responsible for cancellation of all travel and hotel reservations and any associated cancellation charges.
